EFT/TappingThe Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping draws on the Chinese practice of acupuncture by using the fingertips to stimulate acupoints by touch rather than using needles. Tapping along certain pathways stimulates the central nervous system and causes the body to release helpful chemicals that can improve both psychological and physical discomfort. It is effective in lowering the levels of cortisol in the brain, a hormone that is related to stress. I use EFT with clients who are suffering from very stressful lives to help relieve the symptoms and allow them to reach a more peaceful state.

These weekly 1.5 hour sessions will challenge you to look at your own "stinkin' thinkin'" and learn how to replace negative thoughts that prevent you from seeing the possibilities for your life with the positive ones that help you align with the intentions that the Universe has towards you. |
