The Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping draws on the Chinese practice of acupuncture by using the fingertips to stimulate acupoints by touch rather than using needles. Tapping along certain pathways stimulates the central nervous system and causes the body to release helpful chemicals that can improve both psychological and physical discomfort. It is effective in lowering the levels of cortisol in the brain, a hormone that is related to stress. I use EFT with clients who are suffering from very stressful lives to help relieve the symptoms and allow them to reach a more peaceful state.

Gardenwood offers quarterly Tapping Into Your Infinite Possibilities workshops. This is a 6 week course designed to help participants explore how they are holding themselves back from living the lives they desire.
These weekly 1.5 hour sessions will challenge you to look at your own "stinkin' thinkin'" and learn how to replace negative thoughts that prevent you from seeing the possibilities for your life with the positive ones that help you align with the intentions that the Universe has towards you.
