Individual Therapy: The Belief Reconstruction Framework
I provide private, one-on-one therapy for high-functioning professional women navigating transition and ready for meaningful change.
The Belief Reconstruction Framework is a structured clinical methodology I developed after more than 20 years in practice. It guides clients through a deliberate process of identifying, examining, and reconstructing the core belief systems that organize their lives.
Many of the women I work with are experiencing:
  • Career shifts or professional dissatisfaction
  • Divorce or relationship transitions
  • Empty nest or changing family roles
  • A quiet sense that their current identity no longer fits
  • Repeated patterns they intellectually understand but cannot seem to shift
This work is designed for women who are ready to move beyond immediate symptom relief and into meaningful, long-term change. It is structured and engaged. You will leave sessions with clarity, not just comfort.

What Therapy with Me Looks Like

Sessions are active and collaborative.

Using the Belief Reconstruction Framework, we will:
  • Identify the core beliefs shaping your patterns
  • Trace how those beliefs formed and what they were protecting you from
  • Carefully reconstruct beliefs that no longer serve you
  • Align your decisions and behavior with your updated internal foundation
Clients often describe feeling clearer, steadier, and more grounded in their choices as the work progresses.

Format:
  • 50-minute virtual sessions
  • Weekly appointments recommended
  • Available to residents of Maryland

Investment

Private Pay: $200 per 50-minute session

I operate as an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly. I do not file insurance claims or manage insurance communication.

Why Private Pay?

.Working outside of insurance allows our work to remain:

• Focused on growth rather than diagnosis
• Free from treatment limitations
• Fully confidential
• Centered on meaningful structural change rather than symptom coding

Private pay also allows me to maintain a smaller caseload and provide thoughtful, high-quality care

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
I operate as an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service. If you would like to pursue reimbursement, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company.

How often do we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As the work progresses, we may adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

How long do clients typically work with you?
Because this work focuses on structural belief change rather than short-term coping, many clients choose to work together for several months. The pace and duration depend on your goals and the depth of change you are seeking.

Do you offer sliding scale?
Reduced-fee spots are reserved for a limited number of established clients and are not generally available for new inquiries

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

I offer a brief consultation call so we can determine whether this approach aligns with what you’re looking for.

What Makes This Work Different?
Many therapeutic approaches focus on managing symptoms or improving coping skills.
Those tools are valuable. But when patterns keep returning, it’s often because the underlying belief structure remains intact.
My work is structured around identifying and reconstructing the internal beliefs that shape identity, relationships, ambition, and self-worth.

When belief shifts, behavior stabilizes.

That’s the difference.
